TERMS OF BUSINESS
SOJOE – Terms of Business
1. Introduction
These Terms of Business govern the provision of services by Hammond Enterprises Ltd t/a SOJOE (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
SOJOE provides a range of marketing services including, but not limited to:

Digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads)

Content creation and copywriting

Social media strategy and management

Email marketing and newsletter campaigns

Website development and design

Website hosting and maintenance

Marketing strategy consulting
Services will be delivered as outlined in your specific proposal or service agreement.
3. Professional Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful working environment. Abuse, harassment, or aggressive behaviour towards any member of the SOJOE team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in such cases, without refund or further obligation.
4. Notice Period
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, either party may terminate the working relationship by providing 30 days’ written notice. If services are cancelled without providing due notice, 30 days fees shall be payable.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued according to the billing schedule agreed in your proposal or service agreement. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date. Late payments may result in interest charges or a suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Website Hosting
If you have selected SOJOE’s website hosting service:

Hosting is billed separately and is subject to an annual or monthly fee as agreed.

SOJOE will take reasonable steps to ensure uptime and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and ensuring proper use of your hosting account.

SOJOE reserves the right to suspend hosting services for non-payment or misuse.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the engagement, unless required by law or with prior written consent.
8. Liability
SOJOE will perform services with reasonable care and skill but makes no guarantees regarding specific results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including website downtime or data loss.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
